Add Regulator System
Instead of a regulator system being considered one individual item, it is a combined set of individual items. This allows you to change components easily, record serial numbers for each component, record maintenance to the regulator as a whole or even the individual component and so on.
A first stage and a second stage is required for a system.
You are not required to create the individual components before creating the system. When you are adding the components to the system you will be given a list of existing items that are not part of an existing system or allowed to create a new one at that time.
You can also add the hoses used on your system if you wish and indicate the lengths of each and what component it is attached to. The system will automatically assume the first stage of the system is the first end. If the second end of the hose does not connect permanently to an item, like a drysuit or BCD inflator, you would not set the connected component field and instead type in the description below that field.
Here you will add reminders for the different kinds of maintenance the gear needs like annual inspections, hydros, and so on. You choose the maintenance type, interval and when it was last done so that the app will tell you when it is next due. After the reminder is created a "Log Maintenance" button appears below the next due date so a maintenance log is quickly created from the reminder.
The My Gear view shows all the gear you have entered into the app. By default the view will hide gear that is attached to other items. So for example, regulator components that are combined into a regulator system will not show but the regulator system as a whole will show. You can change this using the filter button in the top left corner.
Clicking on any item will bring you to the details of that item.
This page gives you a quick view of all reminders setup on your gear ordered by the number of days until the task is due in ascending order. If you click on any of the reminders you will be taken to that item's reminders page.
Allows you to turn on notifications to be alerted when maintenance is upcoming or due.
Allows you to set the currency, date format, pressure, and lenght & volume units you wish to use
Allows you to turn on and off the default values for choices you can make when adding gear. Also allows you to enter your own custom values.
Allows you to turn on and off built in maintenance types as well as adding your own. Additionally you can setup the interval in which these types should be performed so adding reminders
