Coach Shamar

Founder of SC Training and SC Academy Prep. Shamar is also a former Professional Basketball Player, who has  played Several years Overseas.

In his professional basketball career, spanning seven seasons, Shamar has played for teams in Europe, South America, and Asia.

Receiving a full scholarship to Tallahassee Community College in Florida. There after, he received a D1 scholarship to Texas A&M Corpus Christi University, where he finished his University playing career and graduating with a Bachelors degree in Communications. 

Determined and skilled he worked on his game more and more which then landed him his start to play professionally in Kosovo as he was ready to take on the new opportunities.

Season after season, Shamar has been selected as an ALL STAR, top shooter in the league and has even shot game winning shots leaving his mark in each country he has played in.

Transitioning into a Basketball trainer/Coach has been enjoyable as he always wanted to implement what he has learned throughout his whole career of travelling and playing the game of basketball. Shamar is now here to help others live out their basketball journeys, whether being a high level elite athlete or not, come to SC training to get better.
