When checking in for the 1650/1000, athletes must declare whether they wish to swim after Preliminaries or during Finals. Only one (1) heat, (fastest 8 of each gender ages 11-18) who declare "Finals" will be seeded in the Finals Session. All other heats will swim in the earlier session (after Preliminaries).
