Payments made for ScrubCars services are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
Refunds may only be issued in cases where the service was not delivered due to a fault on our part (e.g., cleaner did not arrive, booking error caused by our system).
Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time by contacting our support team at contact.scrubcars@gmail.com.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Users may cancel a booking free of charge if cancellation is made at least 4 hours before the scheduled service time.
Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled service may be charged a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking amount.
If the cleaner has already been dispatched to the user’s location, the full service fee will be charged.
