ScrollDetox does not collect, store, sell, or share your personal information. All functionality operates entirely on your device without requiring an internet connection.

No account creation is required to use ScrollDetox.

Security

The app uses Android Accessibility Services, Foreground Service, and Notification Permissions solely to provide its core functionality.

The Accessibility Service is used to:

• Detect supported short-form content screens.

• Help users manage scrolling behavior based on selected mode.

The Foreground Service is used to:

• Run a background service to prevent the Android operating system from terminating the blocker.

The Notification Permission is used to:

• Display the active protection status in the notification drawer.

• Allow you to control or end Break Mode directly from the notification.

All processing occurs entirely locally on the device. No data from these permissions or services is ever collected, stored or transmitted to external servers.

Children's Policy

ScrollDetox does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
Because ScrollDetox does not collect personal information from any users, no personal information from children is intentionally collected, stored, or shared.
