Scripter Pro is a Chrome extension that helps users turn titles from Google Sheets into organized outlines and completed scripts stored in Google Docs.

Information Scripter Pro Handles

Scripter Pro may access the following information when the user signs in and uses its features:

• Google profile information, including the user’s name, email address, and profile image.

• Google OAuth authentication information required to make authorized Google API requests.

• User-selected Google Sheets data, including titles, statuses, worksheet names, and Script URLs.

• User-selected Google Drive folders and files.

• Google Docs created or updated through the extension.

• Prompts, outlines, script sections, responses, workspace settings, and interface preferences.

• Clipboard content only when the user clicks a Copy Prompt or Paste Response button.

How Information Is Used

This information is used only to provide Scripter Pro’s primary functionality, including:

• Signing the user into their Google account.

• Loading user-selected spreadsheets, worksheets, and Drive folders.

• Creating and updating Outline and Script tabs in Google Docs.

• Saving Script URLs and completion statuses to Google Sheets.

• Copying prompts and pasting responses at the user’s request.

• Remembering workspaces, preferences, and script progress.

Storage

Workspace settings, prompts, script progress, profile details, and temporary authentication information may be stored locally on the user’s device using Chrome storage.

Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive content remains in the user’s Google account. Scripter Pro does not operate a separate developer-controlled server for storing this content.

Sharing and Selling of Data

Scripter Pro does not sell user data.

Scripter Pro does not use user data for advertising, profiling, creditworthiness, lending, or purposes unrelated to its script-management functionality.

Information is transmitted only to Google services when necessary to perform actions requested by the user.

Clipboard Access

Scripter Pro writes to the clipboard only when the user clicks a Copy Prompt button.

Scripter Pro reads the clipboard only when the user clicks a Paste Response button. It does not continuously monitor the clipboard or read clipboard content in the background.

Security

Authorized requests are transmitted to Google APIs using HTTPS. Access is limited to the Google services required to provide the extension’s functionality.

User Control and Data Deletion

Users can sign out of Google through Scripter Pro to revoke the active session.

Users can remove locally stored extension information by clearing the extension’s data or uninstalling the extension. Google Sheets and Google Docs information can be managed or deleted directly through the user’s Google account.

Google API Limited Use Disclosure

The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
