Welcome to Screw Out: Nuts & Bolts Puzzle (the "App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") represent a legal agreement between you and Puzzloft ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the App.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable limited license to download, install, and play the App on your personal mobile device (iOS or Android) strictly for your non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to your compliance with these Terms.
You agree NOT to:
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the game.
Use the App for any commercial purpose.
Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the App, including its 3D graphics, levels, and user interface, without our prior written consent.
Screw Out: Nuts & Bolts Puzzle may include virtual currency (e.g., "Coins"), power-ups (e.g., "Extra Screw", "Undo", "Hint"), and other virtual items (collectively, "Virtual Goods").
Acquisition: You may earn Virtual Goods through gameplay, by watching third-party advertisements (such as rewarded video ads), or by purchasing them with real money via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
No Real-World Value: Virtual Goods have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for real money, goods, or services from us or any third party.
All Sales Final: All purchases of Virtual Goods are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or the respective app store's refund policy.
Management: We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Virtual Goods at any time without liability to you.
The App utilizes third-party services to operate, such as analytics providers and advertising networks (including Google AdMob).
Your interactions with third-party advertisers or services found within the App, including watching rewarded video ads for hints or lifelines, are solely between you and the third party.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of these third-party services. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (including but not limited to games, titles, computer code, themes, objects, characters, animations, sounds, musical compositions, and audiovisual effects) are owned by Puzzloft or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from bugs or viruses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Puzzloft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including loss of profits, data, or use, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document or through an in-app notification. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Your State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
