This Privacy Policy explains how Diva divo ("we", "us") handles information when you play the mobile game ScrewIt (the "Game").
No account. The Game does not ask you to register or sign in, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or precise location.
Kept on your device only. Your progress — levels completed, album items unlocked, coins, energy, boosters, daily sign-in records and shop purchase records — is written to local storage on your device. It does not leave your device, and uninstalling the Game removes it.
Region availability check (third-party IP geolocation). To meet the Game's distribution requirements, the Game asks third-party IP geolocation services on launch for your country/region, so that it can decide whether the Game is available where you are:
Providers: ipinfo.io (https://ipinfo.io/privacy-policy) and lumtest.com (https://lumtest.com)
Transmitted: your IP address, as part of the request; the providers handle it under their own privacy policies, which we do not control
Stored by us: nothing. The returned country/region code is used for that launch's availability decision only. It is not written into your progress, not persisted, and not linked to any account or personal identifier
Not used for: advertising, profiling, or behavioural analytics
Advertising and install attribution. The current version of the Game shows no ads and bundles no install-attribution SDK. Tapping an ad entry point in the Game only shows an "ads unavailable" message: no ad content is loaded and no data is sent to advertising or attribution services. If a future version enables ads, we will update this policy first, and in regions where the law requires it (for example the EEA and the UK) ask for your consent before personalised ads are shown. The data categories that would then apply (advertising ID, coarse location inferred from IP address, device information, ad interaction data) would be listed item by item in the updated policy.
Analytics. The current version of the Game does not carry out analytics reporting.

We do not sell your personal information.
Photos and media (write only, and only when you ask). When you tap a save or download button, the Game saves that unlocked album image or video to your device gallery. We never read, upload, or share your photos. On Android 10 and later this saving goes through the system MediaStore, and the Game does not request any storage permission.
Network access. Used for the availability check at launch, and (once ads are enabled in a future version) to load ad content.
The Game does not request location, contacts, microphone, or camera permissions.
Ads. Ads are not enabled in the current version. Once they are, in regions where the law requires it you will be able to refuse personalised ads in the consent prompt.
Advertising ID. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads).
Local data. Uninstalling the Game deletes the progress stored on your device.
The Game is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The Game's content rating reflects its intended audience.
Your progress is stored on your device only. The availability check creates no storage on our side: the query is handled in real time by the third-party services and we keep no result from it. We operate no servers of our own that store your personal data; the Game's media content ships with the Game, so it does not involve transmitting your personal information.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we enable ads, add third-party services, or change how information is handled, we will update this policy and its effective date before the change takes effect. Material changes will be announced in the Game or on this page.
