This Privacy Policy describes how Screw Identifier - Bolt Size ("we", "our", or "the App") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect
   
   

1.1 Photos and Camera Data
The App uses your device camera to capture photos of fasteners (screws, bolts, nuts, washers) for identification purposes. These photos are sent to our AI processing service for analysis, processed in real-time to provide results, stored locally on your device in scan history (if you choose to save them), and not permanently stored on our servers after processing is complete.

1.2 Purchase Information
When you purchase a subscription (Weekly or Lifetime), we use RevenueCat, a third-party subscription management service. RevenueCat may collect purchase history, subscription status, App Store transaction receipts, and anonymous app user identifiers. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We do not collect or store credit card details, billing address, or financial information.

1.3 Usage Data
We may collect anonymous usage data including app usage statistics (features used, session duration), device type, operating system version, app performance data (crash reports, load times), and language or region settings.

1.4 Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect your name, email address, contact information (unless you contact us directly), precise location data, contacts, health data, browsing history, or biometric data.

2. How We Use Your Information
   We use collected information to provide fastener identification, manage subscriptions, improve app functionality and performance, and provide customer support.
   
   

3. Third-Party Services
   We use RevenueCat for subscription management (https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy). Photos are processed through a secure AI service and are not retained after processing. We may also use analytics services to collect anonymous usage data to improve the App.
   
   

4. Data Storage and Security
   Scan history is stored locally on your device. Data transmission uses secure HTTPS encryption. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
   
   

5. Data Retention
   Photos are processed in real-time and not permanently stored on our servers. Scan history remains on your device until deleted. Subscription data is retained by RevenueCat according to their policy. Analytics data may be stored in anonymized form for up to 24 months.
   
   

6. Your Rights
   You may delete your scan history within the App, disable analytics in settings, cancel subscriptions via Apple ID settings, or contact us to request information about your data.
   
   

7. Children's Privacy
   The App is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us.
   
   

8. Changes to This Policy
   We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by revising the "Last Updated" date.
