Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Screw Identifier - Bolt Size mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Description of Service
Screw Identifier - Bolt Size is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to identify fasteners (screws, bolts, nuts, washers, and other hardware) from photos taken with your device camera. The App provides estimated specifications, measurements, and identification results for informational purposes only.
Accuracy Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: Identification results are AI-generated estimates and are provided for reference purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, the App may not always provide correct results. You agree to independently verify all measurements and specifications before use in critical applications, not rely solely on the App for safety-critical fastener selection, consult a professional for structural, automotive, or safety-related needs, and use proper measuring tools for precise measurements.
Subscriptions and Payments
The App requires a paid subscription. Two purchase options are available: Weekly subscription and Lifetime (one-time) purchase. Weekly subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID via the App Store and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited upon subscription purchase. Lifetime purchase grants permanent access with a one-time payment. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with notice.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, attempt to reverse engineer or disassemble the App, use the App in a way that could damage or overburden services, upload inappropriate or illegal content, or share your subscription access with others.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any photos you capture using the App.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, nor for decisions made based on identification results. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time without prior notice if we believe you have violated these Terms or harmed our services or other users.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
