Screenz Recorder is a Chrome extension that allows users to record their screen, browser tab, or selected window with optional audio and save the recording locally on their device.

The extension does not collect:

Browsing history
Location data
Financial or payment information
Health information
Authentication information
Analytics or tracking data
Screen and Audio Recording:
Screenz Recorder may access screen, tab, window, microphone, or system audio only when the user manually starts a recording and grants permission through Chrome’s built-in permission prompt.
Recorded video and audio are processed locally inside the user’s browser.
We do not upload, transmit, view, store, or share recordings on any server.
Local File Saving:
After recording, users can preview and save the video file locally on their own device. The user controls whether to save or delete the recording.
Third-Party Services:
Screenz Recorder does not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, tracking tools, or cloud storage services.
The extension may include optional external links, such as Chrome Web Store review links, X/Twitter profile links, or links to other extensions created by the developer. Opening those links is optional and may be subject to the privacy policies of those external websites.
Data Sharing:
We do not sell, rent, trade, transfer, or share user data with third parties.
Data Security:
