Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Screen Recorder 4K.
By downloading or using Screen Recorder 4K, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Screen Recorder 4K for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
Screen Recorder 4K offers weekly, monthly, and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock premium features.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account at the rates displayed at the time of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law.
You may use Screen Recorder 4K to:
Record your own device screen for personal, educational, or professional use.
Add audio or video commentary to your recordings.
Edit and export recordings stored on your device.
You may not use Screen Recorder 4K to:
Record content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
Record, distribute, or store content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or violates any third party's rights.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
Use the App in any way that violates Apple's App Store guidelines.
All rights, title, and interest in Screen Recorder 4K, including its design, code, and branding, are owned by us. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices or iOS versions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or any content you record using it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Live Streaming
When you use the live streaming feature, you agree that:
• You are solely responsible for any content you broadcast, and you
have all necessary rights and permissions to stream it (including
music, video, images, and the likeness of any person shown).
• You will not stream any content that is illegal, infringing,
hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, or that violates
the rights of others or any applicable law.
• Your streams are sent directly from your device to the third-party
platform you choose (such as YouTube, Facebook, or Twitch). You must
also comply with that platform's own terms of service and community
guidelines. We do not control, monitor, host, or store your streams.
• Stream quality, latency, and availability depend on your network
connection and the third-party platform, and are not guaranteed.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any
content you stream, for the conduct of any third-party platform, or
for any interruption, loss, or damage arising from your use of the
live streaming feature.
We may suspend or remove access to features if we reasonably believe
they are being used in violation of these Terms.
