Disclaimer and Indemnity Agreement

By using this website and/or the use of or attendance to any of Screen Acting PEI services, resources, events or activities you accept and agree with the following Disclaimer and Indemnity Agreement. Use of or attendance to, at any time, any of Screen Acting PEI services, resources, events or activities, constitutes your acceptance of the latest version and updates applied to the Disclaimer and Indemnity Agreement.
If you do not accept or agree with the Disclaimer and Indemnity Agreement, do not use or attend any of Screen Acting PEI services, resources, events or activities.

Screen Acting PEI is NOT a Talent Agency. Therefore all individuals listed on the Talent Guides must provide a point of contact for business opportunities. This information can be for them directly, for a representative, agent or manager etc.

Screen Acting PEI does NOT:

• Manage Talent Careers,

• Submit Talent to work opportunities,

• Vet Talent for the legal right to work in Canada,

• Hold or take responsibility for the work provided by or to individuals listed on the Talent Guides,

• Hold or take responsibility of any issues resulting in being contacted by having your information listed on our Talent Guides.

• Hold or take responsibility for the accessibility, reliability or the content for which is accessed through any links, buttons, or navigation which leads outside of our direct website. 

• Hold or take responsibility nor guarantee the quality or reliability of the information or content provided on the Talent Guides.

• Hold the rights, outside of permission to provide and share, any of the information or content contained on the Talent Guides.

When Talent complete the Eligibility Form they are then processed by Screen Acting PEI, and sent the Live Form to complete. The responses submitted on the Live Form are directly linked to the correlating spreadsheets above.

There is a section on both Talent Guide Live Forms which can be seen on the spreadsheets above, where Talent must agree to the following in order to be listed.
"I consent that I am voluntarily providing my own information and agree to have any and all information contained in this form to be publicly accessible online, and shared by Screen Acting PEI in any and all capacities."

In submitting to the Talent Guide and/or using any resources available through Screen Acting PEI "as is", all bodies, individuals, companies, organizations, or groups will hold harmless and waiving their right to sue for damages, negligence, or injuries in relation to Screen Acting PEI and any of it's representatives. All bodies, individuals, companies, organizations or groups accept all risks associated while considering Screen Acting PEI and any of it's representatives to be indemnified against any and all liability, that may result due to the use of or from the attendance to, any of its services, resources, events, or activities, including this website.

Screen Acting PEI reserves the right to change, remove, add, or update any information content or resources at any time under its sole discretion without notice including the above Disclaimer and Indemnity Agreement.
