Welcome to Emirhan Baskaya's Screen Mirror - Cast to TV (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Use of the App
Emirhan Baskaya grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our App.
User Account
To use certain features of the App, including premium subscription services, you may be required to create a user account or sign in through third-party authentication services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
Subscription and Payments
The App offers premium subscription plans that provide access to additional features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your Apple App Store account settings.
Content and User Responsibility
The App allows you to cast, mirror, and stream content from your device to compatible Smart TVs. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you cast, stream, or mirror through the App does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of third parties. You agree not to use the App to:
Cast, stream, or distribute copyrighted content without proper authorization
Broadcast illegal, harmful, or offensive material
Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws
Infringe upon the rights of others
IPTV and Third-Party Streams
The App includes IPTV functionality that allows you to add and stream M3U/M3U8 playlists. Emirhan Baskaya does not provide, host, or control any IPTV content. You are solely responsible for the legality and appropriateness of any IPTV playlists or streams you add to the App. We do not endorse or guarantee the availability, quality, or legality of any third-party streams.
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Emirhan Baskaya and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Third-Party Services
The App may interact with third-party services, devices, and platforms including but not limited to Smart TVs, streaming protocols (DLNA, AirPlay), and content platforms. Emirhan Baskaya has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services, devices, or platforms. Your use of third-party services is subject to the terms and conditions of those services.
Device Compatibility
The App is designed to work with various Smart TVs and casting protocols. However, we do not guarantee compatibility with all devices. Features and functionality may vary depending on your TV model, network configuration, and device capabilities.
Limitation of Liability
Emirhan Baskaya, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like, which may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content cast, streamed, or mirrored via the App; (vi) any issues arising from third-party devices, services, or network connectivity; or (vii) any content you choose to cast or stream through the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Emirhan Baskaya and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from (i) your use of and access to the App; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your use of the App caused damage to a third party.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Emirhan Baskaya makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's operation, availability, or the information, content, or materials included therein. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Emirhan Baskaya disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
