Q- Where do you get your materials?
A- I source my fur from CarnivCreations, they sell Big Z american imports for UK makers. My foam comes from Efoam, a UK based foam company and my smaller materials like elastic, felt, and zips are sourced from local fabric stores. Other materials including lining, fleece, and cotton, or patterned fabrics are sourced from online fabric shops like poundfabrics.
Q- Can I resell my suit later on?
A- Of course. However, unless extra parts, art, or character rights are included in the reselling. I ask that it is not sold for more than it was bought for.
Q- Do you make premades?
A- Yes! Check my socials for premade designs and adopts, they are often cheaper than my commission slots and come with full character rights as well as art and character ref sheets.
Q- I have a character design I'm not sure is fursuit friendly, what should I do?
A- If you are comfortable changing the characters design, try to remove gradients and keep complex designs physically achievable. if not, email me at scratchpostsuits@gmail.com for more precise quotes and help.
Q-What If I want a specific style, base, or pattern used for my fursuit parts?
A- While I can't and won't copy other makers styles, I am able to work from premade bases and patterns. Email me at scratchpostsuits@gmail.com for precise quotes or inquries. Any premade patterns that are bought in the commission process can and will be used if other commissioners ask.
