"The Sculpture"    

SCP 173 resembles a concrete statue with barbed wire wrapped around its torso and coursing through its limbs. SCP 173 appears to be an immobile statue, completely frozen within a direct line of sight. However, when eye contact with SCP 173 is broken by those around it, it will rapidly approach and snap the neck of those who look away.
