Our Mission
The St. Clair Police Foundation Youth Programs is committed to fostering trust, safety and well being among the young people in our community by forging a positive relationship with law enforcement, first responders and other agents of public safety and service. Through mentorship, educational experiences and hands-on opportunities, we will empower our youth to make responsible choices and to become safe, engaged and well-rounded citizens.

By building a bridge between our youth and agents of public safety and service, we strive to create a safer, connected and more educated community where mutual respect, understanding and collaboration guide the next generation.
Our Goals
Promote Positive Engagement through mentorships, educational experiences and community events that build trust and understanding between agents of public safety and service and our youth.
Develop Life and Leadership Skills that nurture confidence, teamwork, decision making and personal responsibility.
Support Academic and Personal Success by connecting youth to resources, tutoring, career exploration and opportunities that encourage success in school and beyond.
Encourage Healthy Lifestyles and Safe Choices by providing guidance on physical wellness, mental health awareness and safe behaviors.
Ensure Inclusive and Accessible Programs that are welcoming, low to no cost and easy to access to all young people in our community.
Build Sustainable Partnerships by collaborating with schools, families, local businesses and organizations and community leaders to ensure long-term success.
Empower the youth of our community to be upstanders by equipping them with the skills, courage and support to speak up, take positive action and stand against bullying, unsafe behaviors and injustice.
