8/14/2025 - Post week long CI Capture - Injuries: Broken nose, multiple lacerations across the body, Dislocated left hand, knife inserted in between the ribs, multiple hairline fractures spanning across the ribs starting from the sternum - Notes: Patient is to be monitored post- psychological evaluation. Per recommendation of DMD 'Sharps' and by the order of Internal Affairs agent 'Garmr' patient is to receive therapy twice a week until it is deemed unnecessary.
8/24/2025 - Revenant Ambush - Injuries: Increased hairline fractures across ribcage, nose rebroken, cracked left kneecap, deep puncture wound right shoulder. - Notes: By order of IA, patient will have a guard stationed with her temporarily due to CI targeting her.
10/5/2025 - Bar Explosion - Injuries: 3rd degree burns all up and down right side, Large laceration caused by glass embedding itself into her side. Note: How unlucky.
11/9/2025 - Mimic Cap - Injuries: Femur cleanly broken in half - Notes: N/A
11/19/2025 - Cybernetic Transplant - Injures: Spinal cord completely destroyed during a Sarkic invasion by the Archon - Notes: Patient should be monitored due to stubborn behavior. Patient should receive daily checks ups over recovery period to ensure body does not reject the spine.
12/17/2025 - Cybernetic "malfunction" - Injuries: Nervous system shutdown inferior/distal to Belial's cybernetic spine. Cardiac Arrest and respiratory failure, potential severe nerve damage. Possible blood clotting and blood pooling due to cardiac arrest. Notes: Due to the severity of the injuries received, Belial will need to be on a steady physical therapy schedule.
1/4/2025 - Post CI-Torture - Injuries: Missing left arm from the elbow, missing right arm from the shoulder, gunshot wound to the stomach. Notes: Patient was slated for two cybernetics. "I've wired the arms directly to the spine. Should compensate for the nerve damage. With some adjustment she should be able to operate again just fine. Also made some software upgrades, gave it a layer of insulation, properly grounded it. The spine won't be a vulnerability for her any longer."
