Overseer
The Overseer is the Security Department's final rank; this is the end. You now have complete command of the department. Overseeing the Department is the overseer's responsibility. This is the most difficult rank to obtain.
How to obtain:
The Overseer of the Security Department is removed, and the Security Director takes over this position.
Rank Responsibilities/Permissions:
Oversees the entirety of SD.
Complete command of SD.
