Fundraising
Clubs MUST turn in the Event & Fundraiser Form, and these must be sent as a hard copy AND digital to ASB 3 WEEKS before the date of the event.
You must also fill out and submit the Calendar request form to reserve a date in the Master calendar. By filling out this form you can find out:
If the requested date is available or not.
If all event logistics are approved by the administration and the associated student body.
