An Ethics Assistant is the ultimate pencil pusher the Committee has at its disposal. But this comes with its benefits. An Ethics Assistant (ECA for short) would be expected to fulfil the more public facing roles within The Committee at large to tackle the day to day concerns Site-65 faces on a lower level and sometimes on a more senior level too.
Your general role is, but not limited to:
Accumulation of Ethical violation evidence and report taking.
Undercover investigations within departments of concern.
Organising an audit with Internal Security and if needs be, Omega-1 under the Internal Enforcement identity.
Running an on the spot tribunal for those who request it (Clearance Level 1, 2 and 3 Only).
Conducting and completing direct orders sent from The Ethics Members.
Interviewing Site staff for any concerns.
Intervening in scenarios that require immediate Ethical remedies.
This is not a definitive list that an Ethics Assistant is able to abide by as the role itself is very fluid and generally revolves around self-driven roleplay or intervention in others.
For basic entry understanding, I'd recommend reading the following or at least understanding the themes:
Ethics Committee Orientation
D-Class Housing Regulations
These two articles are considered entry level understanding for how an Ethics Assistant would operate. Contact a current sitting Ethics Member for more details.
