If you want a reliable, high-speed charging solution for your older JBL speakers and Logitech gear, choose SCOVEE Charger Cord; if you need a secure, magnetic replacement specifically for MARLALL NOS 08W swimming bone conduction headphones, choose WUNIAK Charging Cable.
• SCOVEE Charger Cord: Its biggest strength is delivering a robust 2.4A fast charge with a flat, tangle-resistant design for legacy JBL speakers; the trade-off is strict compatibility limits that exclude newer Type-C models like the Charge 4 or Flip 5. This pick is for parents managing older audio gear or anyone needing a durable Micro USB cord for travel.
• WUNIAK Charging Cable: Its biggest strength is the magnetic connector system designed to prevent water damage during swims while offering a compact, double-pack value; the trade-off is that it works exclusively with one specific model of bone conduction headphone and cannot be used with standard devices. This pick is for swimmers and active toddlers who need a splash-proof charging setup that won't fail in wet conditions.
The SCOVEE Charger Cord is built for a very specific ecosystem: owners of older generation portable speakers. If you have a JBL Flip 3, a Charge 3, or perhaps an old Pulse speaker gathering dust in the back of a closet, this cable is exactly what you need to bring them back to life. The product information confirms it is engineered as a direct replacement for these legacy units, ensuring they can sync and charge simultaneously without issues. The flat design is a practical touch that makes it easy to toss into a bag without worrying about knots forming, which is a common frustration with round cords.
What stands out most about this cable is its power delivery capability. It supports up to 2.4A of amperage, which is significantly higher than the standard 1A found on many basic phone chargers. For a speaker that might have a larger battery than a typical earbud, this speed matters. It ensures your device gets powered up efficiently, whether you are topping off the battery before a car ride or running a quick charge session at home. The silver enclosure material and bright red color also suggest a design meant to be visible and distinct, so you don't lose it among other black cables.
However, this product has a hard line where it stops working. It is strictly incompatible with modern JBL models that utilize the newer USB Type-C port, such as the popular Charge 4, Flip 5, or Go 3. You must verify your device's port shape before buying. If your speaker uses a standard Micro USB port but isn't listed in the compatible models—like the Clip 2 Special Edition—it will not work. This makes it an excellent choice for someone with a known, older device, but a risky purchase for anyone hoping to use it as a universal spare cable for their current phone or tablet.

The WUNIAK Charging Cable serves a niche but critical purpose: keeping waterproof bone conduction headphones charged safely. It is explicitly designed for the MARLALL NOS 08W Swimming Bone Conduction Headphones, a device often used by children learning to swim or those engaging in aquatic sports. The standout feature here is the magnetic connection. Unlike traditional plugs that require precise alignment in wet conditions, the magnetic interface snaps into place easily, even with damp hands or when wearing gloves. This reduces the risk of forcing a connector into a port, which could otherwise damage the delicate seals required for water resistance.
Safety is another major selling point embedded in the design. The cable includes a Voltage Regulator (PTC) inside to prevent overcurrent situations. When dealing with sensitive electronic devices that go underwater, electrical stability is paramount. This internal circuitry protects the precious hardware from voltage spikes that could occur from wall adapters or laptop ports, effectively prolonging the lifespan of the headphones. For parents buying "open ear headphones for toddlers" or lightweight earphones for kids who play in the pool, this added layer of protection provides peace of mind that a cheap, generic cable might not offer.
The compact nature of this cable is also worth noting. At only 60cm in length, it is short enough to fit comfortably in a pocket, a gym bag, or a car console without taking up much space. The package comes with two units, which is a smart move for a product used frequently around water. If one gets lost in the sand or left at the poolside, having a backup immediately available means you don't have to wait for shipping to get the next workout in. However, this utility is entirely dependent on owning the specific MARLALL NOS 08W model. It offers no versatility for any other brand or type of audio equipment.

I would buy the SCOVEE Charger Cord if I needed to keep a collection of older speakers running smoothly, but for my own family's needs involving active children, I recommend the WUNIAK Charging Cable. The reason is simple: safety and specificity. The magnetic design of the WUNIAK cable directly addresses the challenges of charging wet electronics, which is a non-negotiable requirement for kids using open ear headphones for toddlers or lightweight earphones for toddlers in a pool environment. While the SCOVEE cord is a solid piece of hardware for its intended audience, the WUNIAK solution solves a real-world problem—preventing water damage during charging—that generic cables simply cannot handle. If you are looking for a reliable accessory for a child's swim gear, the specialized design of the WUNIAK option makes it the clear winner.
It is designed for older Micro USB models like the Charge 3 and Flip 4.
No, this cable is a specialized replacement strictly for MARLALL NOS 08W Swimming Bone Conduction Headphones. It features a unique magnetic connector that does not fit standard audio devices.
No, the product description lists it as a charger for JBL Speakers and Logitech UE Boom speakers. It is not listed as compatible with phone models, and the amperage is optimized for speakers rather than smartphones.
Since the cable is designed for swimming and active use, losing one in the water or at the pool is a realistic risk. The 2-pack ensures you always have a backup ready, which is essential for maintaining consistent charging routines for toddler swim gear.
