Registration is first come first serve.

Deposit must be received within 7 days of booking to keep your spot.

Full payment is due by Jan 30th, 2026

If you register on or after Jan 30th, full payment is due within 7 days of registering

• Wait for confirmation from us re avilability of space

• Once you have received confirmation, you have 7 days to pay the deposit

• Deposit:  $100

• Deposits are non refundable

• Full Payment is due by Jan 30th, your spot will be given to waitlisted groups if not paid fully by then

• Please fill out the payment form and email it to Jamboree3rdwestvan@gmail.com if e transfering or include in the mail with your check.

• Cancellation Policy:

Cancelation by Jan 30th:  Full refund minus $100 deposit

Cancelation between Jan 30th and Feb 18th: 50% refund

Cancelation after Feb 18th:  No refunds

Parents Safety Course & Code of Conduct

In accordance with Scouts Canada's BP&P, all non-member parents/guardians attending this overnight camp must have taken the "Safe Scouting for Parents" course, signed the "Code of Conduct" and discussed their "Expectations" for this event.  The Scouter-In-Charge of each group is responsible to ensure their parents/guardians have completed these requirements prior to arrival at the aquarium.
