Scouting America's Duty to God and Girl Scouts USA's Faith Based Initiative are non-sectarian.  Scouts are free to earn the religious award of their specific Faith.

P.R.A.Y. is the Program of Religious Activities for Youth and is the ministry partner of the United Methodist Scouting Ministry and a faith partner of Scouting America and Girl Scouts USA. The curriculum is designed for Protestant Churches and non-denominational Christian Churches.

Jesus and Me Lions and Tigers K5, 1st

God and Me Wolf and Bear 2nd, 3rd

God and Family Webelos and AOL 4th, 5th, 6th

God and Church Younger Scouts 6th, 7th, 8th

God and Life Older Scouts 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th

Parents are encouraged to participate with their children as Mentors. When the youth complete the study, they are eligible for the youth Religious Emblems Square Knot. Being a Mentor does not count towards the Adult Religious Emblems Square Knot.



Adults are eligible to wear the Adult Religious Award when they are nominated for and receive one of the following awards. Scouters may not self nominate or be nominated by a family member.
