Scout Recruits are the newest members of the division. They have have just proven worthy of gaining entrance into the division and will now progress to the rank of Scout Trooper as soon as possible. They will not be able to tryout for a Company until they achieve the rank of Scout Trooper.

Scout Trooper Progression requirements:

• Two events attended

• Weekly quota completed after first week

Scout Troopers are official members of the division who have successfully progressed out of the Cadet rank. They are now eligible to join a company and should be their main focus. They have two weeks to join a company, or they'll face removal. From this point forward, all progression will be hand selection by Scout Officers.

Company Sergeant Progression:

Handpicked by Company XO/CO

Members of companies who are seen as trustworthy and responsible will be selected for the rank of Company Sergeant and are considered as the NCO's of scouts. Their main objective will be assisting their respective company's XO and CO in general managing of the company. Note that asking for Sergeant or any other rank will lead you to getting rank locked. There is a maximum of two sergeants per company.

Company Executive progression:

Handpicked by Company Commander

Company Executive rank is the first officer rank within the Scout Troopers. They are second in command of respective company. They're tasked with hosting events for the main division, and their own company. There is a maximum of one Company Executive Officer per company.

Company Commander progression:

Handpicked by Scout High Command (Major+)

Company Commanders consist of the most mature, trusted, and responsible members of the division. They're in full control and first in command of their respective company tasked with making it the best it can be. There is only one Company Commander per Company.

Scout Major Officer Progression:

Handpicked by XO+

There is a maximum of one Scout Major. Their the overseer of all of the three main companies and are tasked with ensuring they're are running well. Scout Major and beyond is Considered Scout High Command, so only the best of the best will be selected for this position.

The Executive officer is one of the most talented individuals in Scouts and is one of the most prestigious ranks. They're second in command of Scouts and will handle many administrative duties alongside with the Commanding Officer.
