After years of hands-on experience in local government, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how our city works — and how it sometimes doesn’t. I’ve built strong relationships across City Hall and throughout our community, working closely with departments, agencies, and neighborhood organizations to cut through red tape and get things done. I know how to navigate the complex systems that make a city function — from public works and housing to public safety and community services — and I’m ready to put that knowledge to work for you.
District 9 is one of San José’s most unique and vibrant areas — a community of families, small businesses, schools, and parks that reflect the very best of our city. It’s a place where neighbors still know each other, where community spirit runs deep, and where people care about preserving what makes this district special. But we also know there’s work to do. We need steady, experienced leadership to protect what we love about our neighborhoods while fixing what needs fixing — from maintaining safe, well-paved streets to improving public spaces and ensuring that our city services are responsive and effective.
