Welcome to the webpages of Scotstoun Primary Parent Council!
This site is for the parents and carers of pupils at Scotstoun Primary School, Glasgow. The Parent Council is tasked with gathering and representing parents' views; supporting the work of the school; and promoting contact between the school, parents, pupils and the local community.
The purpose of this website is to provide parents and carers with easy access to the contact details of the Parent Council, and to make information associated with Parent Council activities available to all.
If you would like to contact the Parent Council, please send an email to: scotstounprimarypc@gmail.comÂ
The parent council meets around six times per school year. Details of these meetings can be found on the PC Meetings page of this website; they are always on a Tuesday at 18.30 and generally take place in a classroom in the new building. Meetings involve members of the Parent Council; the Headteacher; a staff representative; and any parents that wish to attend. Any parent can contact the Parent Council with an issue they wish to be discussed at the meetings, regardless of whether they will be able to attend the meeting or not.
