This Privacy Policy applies to the Score Kings app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Paul Mike (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS."
The Application is a Google Paid App, meaning users must purchase it through the Google Play Store to access its features.
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects certain information when you download and use it. This information may include:
Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address
The pages of the Application that you visit, along with the time and date of your visit and duration spent on those pages
The total time spent on the Application
The operating system of your mobile device
The Application does not collect precise location data from your mobile device.
For an enhanced user experience, the Service Provider may request personally identifiable information such as your Name and Email. This information will be retained and used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Additionally, the Service Provider may use your provided information to contact you with important updates, required notices, and promotional materials.
The Application also supports user sign-up using Name and Email. By signing up, users consent to storing their credentials securely for authentication and account management purposes.

Only aggregated, anonymized data may be periodically shared with external services to improve the Application and services. The Service Provider may share your data with third parties under the conditions outlined in this Privacy Policy.

Use of RapidAPI
The Application uses RapidAPI to fetch football match predictions. This API service provides real-time data on match statistics, team performance, and other relevant metrics used to generate predictions. By using the Application, you acknowledge that some data is retrieved from RapidAPI, and their Privacy Policy applies to any data handled by their services. The Service Provider does not store or share any personal data with RapidAPI beyond what is necessary to retrieve predictions.
Opt-Out Rights
You may stop all information collection by uninstalling the Application. The standard uninstall process for mobile devices and app marketplaces can be used to do this.
Data Retention and Account Deletion Policy
The Service Provider will retain User-Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter.
Users have the right to request account deletion at any time. To delete your account and associated data, please send a request to betwingertips@gmail.com with your registered email. Your request will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and all personal data associated with your account will be permanently deleted.
Children’s Privacy
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect data from or market to children under the age of 13. If it is discovered that a child under 13 has provided personal data, it will be immediately deleted from the servers. If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that your child has provided personal data, please contact betwingertips@gmail.com to facilitate its removal.
Security
The Service Provider implements physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the confidentiality of your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
