If you have created an account in the Scoprecision® Scar Care app, you can permanently delete your account and any data linked to it.
Option 1 – Email Request
Send an email to support@scoprecision.com with the subject line:
“Account Deletion Request”
Please include the email address used to register in the app.
Our team will verify your request and confirm deletion within 7 working days.
Option 2 – In-App Request (if available)
Open the Scoprecision Scar Care app → Settings → Account → Delete Account.
Follow the on-screen instructions. Your data will be permanently removed from our system.
Your user account and login credentials
Uploaded photos and AI analysis data
Any saved feedback or chat history
Once deleted, this information cannot be restored.
