The Specialist Crime and Operation 19 division also known as SCO-19, is a division within the Metropolitan Police Service that specialises in heavy firearm calls, negotiations and breaching.

Additionally,  Specialist Crime and Operation 19's members are trained to the highest level of firearms management and negotiation handling.  Members of the division are expected to hold a high standard of professionalism at all times during their day-to-day patrol and pass experience down to newer members of the division.
