If a suspect is failing to value their life you must give give 3 warnings over 15 seconds, if they fail to give themselves up then shoot to disarm. They must have a weapon out in their hands in order to disarm a suspect FTVL'ing. If initiation has been made and they put their gun away taser them if you are in range.
Disarming a suspect pulling out a weapon
If a suspect's weapon is holstered and they begin to pull it out, you are allowed to shoot to disarm only if you clearly say, “Armed Police hands up now, if you pull out that gun, you will be shot” before they fully draw the weapon.
Disarming a suspect after knocking out an officer.
If there is a suspect running around with a firearm and you make initiation on them and they then knock out an officer or civilian it is shoot to disarm on the suspect that knocks out the officer/civilian. Keep in mind they still must have a firearm out to shoot to disarm them.
If you make initiation on a suspect and re-initiate.
If its shoot to disarm on a suspect and you re-initiate and disarm the suspect, it is not classed as misuse as the re-initiation does not cancel out the shoot to disarm.

If you make initiation on a suspect and they then throw a Molotov at you, you can then shoot to disarm the suspect.
If you see a suspect kill a civilian.
If you see a suspect kill a civilian and you have not already got/made initiation on the suspect, since they have killed a civilian you can then give them 2 waring over 7 seconds then Shoot to disarm.
If you make initiation on a suspect and there are others in there fit aiming at you.
If you have made initiation on a specific person/outfit and there are multiple others in the exact same outfit that are actively aiming at you after initiation has been made you can then shoot to disarm the person aiming at you.
If they are actively aiming at you Before you make initiation on the outfit its NOT shoot to disarm, unless they shoot or they re-aim at you after initiation has been made.
