Review and practice being able to give an Oral Patient Presentation
Review Opioid Pocket Card
You will receive a laminated copy during orientation, however strongly encourage you to familiarize yourself with the pocket card before starting as will be using daily on rounds
Complete practice conversion problems in Chapters 1-4 in Demystifying Opioid Conversion Calculations, 2nd edition by Dr. McPherson
Review your calendar provided by your preceptor when received. Notify the attending with any scheduling conflicts in a timely manner.
Select a Self-Reflection activity and discuss which activity selected during orientation
This is for your own personal growth and will not be used to assess your performance in any way

Approximately 2 days before the last day of your rotation, please complete the self-assessment portion of your end of rotation evaluation. Your preceptor will review your comments and prepare individualized feedback based on objectives outlined within your rotation description that incorporates your self-assessment.
