Expectations

We create a social contract that is agreed upon by the class. It is expected that you follow that.

Most importantly, be respectful, be kind, be open minded, listen, and give your BEST effort.

Grading

This class is graded 80% performance -which is tests, quizzes, projects. The remaining 20% is practice which is classwork or homework.

Students also get life skills scores for behavior and work ethic.

Grading scale is found in the student agenda.

Overview

In this class we will be doing A LOT of labs and experimenting! It is going to be great! Each unit is made up of several lessons, as well as a unit challenge. The challenge is presented at the beginning and worked on throughout the lessons to form a final project from all that has been learned.
