Memes can be created by adding a drawing to a Google Doc, or directly in Google Drawing. Select an image, then add text over the image.
The theme can be relevant to the current science topic, or to classroom activities or rules. This ISTE site has some ideas, though the ones for the Google site are all created in Docs or Drawings for easier insertion into a web page.
