Please remember that the workshop is NOT on TU's campus. We will be meet downtown at Baltimore's Inner Harbor at the TU Center for STEM Excellence (see Workshop Directions and Parking page address).

Overnight guests will stay at the Douglass House (part of Barton & Douglass Houses) on Towson University's campus. You can enter from Towsontown Boulevard or Osler Drive. The dorm rooms come with a linen package.
Check-in is after 1:00 PM, Sunday, June 29, 2025
The Douglass desk attendant will buzz you in and provide you with a room key and swipe card for access to the dorm entrance and elevator. You must swipe your card every time you enter the building.
Check-out is before 1:00 PM, Wednesday, July 2, 2025
Return your key and swipe card to the desk attendant on the day of departure.
Overnight visitors park in the West Village Garage using a virtual parking permit. Please read the signage and park in a Visitor Parking space. Permits are required. If the West Village garage is full, park in the Union Parking Garage (closest to the Glen Dining Hall).
Use your mobile phone, tablet, or laptop to access the Off Street website to register your vehicle to park. You will need your license plate, name, and phone number. When asked for an access code, use: 37090WVG. You only need to register once for the week.

Guests are provided a free dinner meal Sunday to Tuesday evening at the Glen Dining Hall on campus. There is a QR code on the back of your swipe card that can be scanned at the dining hall register.
The Glen Dining Hall is open from 5:00-7:00 PM each night.
Note: Lunch is provided at the workshop. You are responsible for breakfast.
