About Shannon Bodechon
Shannon Bodechon is a YouTube Science Instructor. She is an experienced Science Educator for over a decade. She holds her Masters Degree of Instructional Technology and her B.S.Ed in Secondary Science Education. Her YouTube Channel "Science Explained" was recognized by the "National Honors Stem Society" for clear, easy to understand instruction.
She started creating videos for her students, then shared them with teachers in her county. Soon teachers from outside of her county were inquiring about them so she put them on YouTube for all to benefit from. Now her videos are being watched Worldwide to help students master science concepts in ways they will remember.
Her goal is to take science concepts and relate it to a student using something they are interested in. This not only provides a higher engagement level, it also increases retention in the student's learning. She makes learning science fun and easy to understand!
