This page provides access to the datasets used in the Sci-ImageMiner competition.

Trial dataset (available)

A trial dataset is currently available to help participants familiarize themselves with the data format, annotation structure, and figure types used in the competition.

The trial release includes: one ALD/E research paper, and its associated annotated scientific figures, with a focus on quantitative plots.

Competition dataset (released in stages)

The full competition dataset will be released in batches according to the competition timeline, including: training & development data, and a final blind test set.

Each release will be announced via the Sci-ImageMiner Google Group and reflected on the Important Dates page.
