Observation- & watchout towers: Towers that used to overview a specific area. Due to their construction often very well suited for overnight stay.

Bivouacs: Localities that are suitable for camping and may have any of a number of facilities: toilets, water tap, BBQ, benches, table with benches and covered pavilions for bad weather.
