I've been so privileged to grow up and spend most of my life on the New Hampshire Seacoast, surrounded by such beautiful nature and kind people. I studied Hospitality Management at UNH, love playing volleyball with my friends, have two senior cats, and am happiest when I’m being creative - whether that’s cooking, making art, or reimagining a space.
I spent a few years managing restaurants, then dove into the real estate and customer success world. My passion for helping people drives my work ethic - I always try to leave them better than I found them. When I realized the corporate world wasn’t where I thrived, I started asking myself what kind of work truly aligned with my values and skills. All signs pointed toward what is now Schultz Spaces.
Through a few apartment moves, my relationship with my belongings began to change. I got tired of moving boxes of things I barely used or clothes I never wore. I started to purge everything that I no longer felt a genuine need or want for.
Now, I certainly love to collect trinkets and pretty things -but it's all in moderation. You have to know when to step back, reset, and reconnect with your environment. Your home should be somewhere you can fully relax in; your belongings should not be stressing you out. Remember that trends are trends. When I started to hone in on my own personal style, I began to buy and thrift with more intention - looking for items I might have for a lifetime.
Everyone has a unique relationship with their belongings. My goal is to understand yours, make sure it’s working for you, and help you reach a place that feels balanced and manageable. Unless it’s a straightforward project, most of my in-home work is collaborative - I really strive to create long-lasting change with the people I work with.
