1. General Provisions
1.1. The App is designed for training attention, memory, and reaction speed.
1.2. All materials, content, and interface elements of the App are the property of the Developer.
1.3. The App may contain paid content or subscriptions; use of such content is governed by separate terms.
2.1. The User agrees to:
use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only;
respect the Developer’s intellectual property rights;
not distribute viruses, malware, or use the App for illegal purposes.
2.2. The User has the right to:
access all available features of the App;
provide feedback and suggestions for improving the App.
3.1. The Developer is not responsible for any damage resulting from:
improper use of the App;
incompatibility with the device or system;
loss of data if the User has not made a backup.
3.2. The App is provided “as is” without any warranty of accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted operation.
4.1. The App may collect data about the User’s progress and usage of features.
4.2. All data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available within the App.
5.1. The Developer may suspend or terminate a User’s access to the App if this Agreement is violated.
5.2. The User may stop using the App at any time.
6.1. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Developer’s country.
6.2. The Developer reserves the right to modify this Agreement; new terms take effect upon publication in the App.
