Introduction

Teaching and learning environment, often than not, are terms used simultaneously to describe the bundles of windows available to a teacher and a learner in a discourse.

The beginning of wisdom are the steps a teacher, who supposedly should be the anchor, takes to acknowledge and accept the make ups, the constituents of the environment as the key to effective participation by the teacher and the learner, and onward transfer of knowledge to the learner. If the environment is not right, teaching will not happen and learning, that is, transfer of knowledge will not take place.
