Welcome to School Scheduler!

This app will help you organize your class schedule and keep track of class assignments allowing you to mark each as done or not. Each is fully customizable and editable down to the color. On the main (School) screen you will see a "day at a glance" schedule of classes

There is a section for miscellaneous ToDo's and their sub-items that you may want to utilize. Each of these ToDo's are customizable and editable down to the color.

All data you enter is stored in the cloud, therefore the data is viewable on all platforms (iPhone, iPad). There is no tracking of you whatsoever!

School Page #1

This is the School page where you can (if you want to...it's all optional) enter the school name, url (*.edu only) and advisor name. Tapping the button beside the advisor's name will bring up a dialog that allows you to enter their email and phone number.

If you have their email address, there is a button beside the email address that will allow you to send them an email (using the email app preference you have set in Apple's Settings app.

if you have their phone number, there is a button beside the phone number that will allow you to send them text messages (iMessage).

"Refresh Classes List" will show up when you first log in to the app, and any time you have modified any field in any Class up to and including adding new a new Class. This will show you a "day at a glance" class schedule based on your input.

School Page #2

This screenshot shows the results of hitting the "Refresh Classes List" button where there are two classes set to meet (on Sunday!). As you can see it lists the class name along with the time meet time (in order).

Classes Page

This page displays all the classes that you have entered along with the building , room and meeting time. Tapping on the "+" at the top-right will take you to the screen where you enter this information. Tapping on a class will take you to the Class Items screen where you can enter things like assignments and various ToDo's associated with that class. Note that once back on the Classes page you will see a star in the class information when a class item has been modified. Simply tapping on the class, looking at the class items list and returning will eliminate the star.

You will need to edit a given class to change it's color (by default it is light grey). To enter edit mode, do a "long touch" (holding your finger on the Class for one second). On that screen, you can change the name, building, room, days, time and color.

You can remove a class by swiping left to delete it.

Class Items Page

This page is designed to allow you to enter assignments and other ToDo's associated with a given Class. Tapping the "+" in the top-right corner of the app will allow you to enter the item. Once entered it will appear on this page. To indicate that the item has been completed, simply tap the item and a checkmark will appear (or you can simply delete it by swiping left).

ToDo's Screen

ToDo's are designed to allow you a place to save any school or non-school related items. You create a category by tapping the "+" in the top-right of app. This could be something like "Groceries", "Work", etc. This name is editable (as is the color) by long-pressing the ToDo (holding finger on the item for one second). if you simply tap on the ToDo you will be taken to the subItems of that category, allowing you to list related items. For example if the ToDo is "Groceries" the subItems might be "Buy Eggs" and "Bread".

You will see a star on the ToDo when any of the subItems have changed in any way.

You can delete ToDo's and/or subItems by swiping left. Deleting a ToDo will also delete any subItems.

ToDo subItems Page

This is an example of subItems of a ToDo called "Work". To indicate that the subItem is "done", simply tap on the subItem and a checkmark will appear. You can delete the subItem by swiping left.

Advisor Popup

If you want, you can enter your advisor's contact information here. If there is a valid phone number, and you click the button beside the phone number you will be taken to iMessage. If you enter a valid email address, and you click the button beside the email address you will be taken to your default email application.

Here is where you can restore your In-App Purchase if you switch devices and have installed this app once again.
