We collect personally identifiable information that you voluntarily give to us when you register with the App, such as:
Name, Email Address, and Phone Number.
Profile Picture (if uploaded).
Vehicle Information (for Drivers).
Identification Documents (for Drivers, e.g., CNIC, License).
Student Information
As a parent, you provide information about your children ("Students") for the purpose of scheduling transportation. This includes:
Student Name and Grade/Class.
Pickup and Drop-off Locations.
Attendance Records and Photos (for pickup/drop-off verification).
Location Data
To provide our core services, we collect precise location data:
Drivers: We collect your location in real-time to allow parents to track the school ride. This data is collected even when the App is in the background or closed.
Parents: We collect your location only when you are using the App to assist with setting pickup/drop-off points.
2. Use of Your Information
We use the information collected via the App to:
Create and manage your account.
Facilitate the bidding and booking system between Parents and Drivers.
Provide real-time GPS tracking of school rides.
Send you notifications (FCM) regarding ride status, chat messages, and SOS alerts.
Verify driver credentials and student attendance.
Improve App performance and troubleshoot issues.
3. Disclosure of Your Information
We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations:
Between Users: Drivers will see pickup/drop-off locations and student names. Parents will see driver location, vehicle info, and ratings.
By Law: To comply with legal processes or protect the safety of any person.
Third-Party Service Providers: We use service providers to perform functions on our behalf.
4. Third-Party Services
Our App integrates the following services:
Google Firebase: For authentication, database (Firestore), file storage, and push notifications.
Google Maps API: For map display and location services.
Google Analytics: To understand App usage and performance.
5. Security of Your Information
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.
6. Policy for Children
We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. Student information is provided solely by the Parent/Guardian. If you become aware of any data we have collected from children under age 13 without parental consent, please contact us.
