3.2 Location Permission (Fine & Coarse Location)

Location access is used only for the school transport tracking feature.

When an authorized school driver logs into the application and marks Punch In, the app may collect the driver's location in order to share the real-time location of the school vehicle with parents and school administrators.

Location tracking:

Starts only when the driver marks Punch In

Stops automatically when the driver marks Punch Out

Is used only for transport tracking and student safety

Is not used for advertising, marketing, or analytics

Parents and students do not share their location through the app.

3.3 Camera Permission

Camera access may be used when users capture images for purposes such as:

Submitting assignments

Uploading school-related documents

The camera is accessed only when the user chooses to capture an image.

3.4 Media Access (Photos & Videos)

The application allows users to select images or videos when uploading assignments or accessing school-related content.

The app uses the Android system media picker, which allows users to choose specific files.

The application does not scan, access, or collect other personal media files stored on the device.
