Crozier Middle School is pleased to participate in School2Home, a new, evidence-based technology immersion program designed to improve the academic performance and digital literacy of students and to strengthen parent involvement in education.

As part of the program, each participating student (and therefore her or his family) will receive a Chromebook to use at school and at home during her or his study at Crozier for the remainder of this school year. A Chromebook provides exciting opportunities for students and their families, and it likewise entails responsibilities.

This handbook explains what is expected from students and families regarding proper Chromebook use and care. A parent/student Chromebook agreement is also included as Appendix A for your reference. A separate copy of this agreement will be given to you and should be signed by both the student and her or his parent/guardian and returned to the school as instructed.

La escuela Crozier de educación intermedia, está participando en el programa School2Home, este es un programa tecnológico diseñado para mejorar el rendimiento académico y el desarrollo del conocimiento digital para los estudiantes. Con la intención de fortalecer la participación de los padres en la educación y desarrollo intelectual de sus hijo/a.

Como parte de este programa, cada estudiante participante recibirá un Chromebook portátil, la cual podrá ser usada en la escuela como en la casa, durante el periodo de estudios en la escuela Crozier. El Chromebook abre muchas oportunidades para los estudiantes y sus familiares.

Este manual, explicara el uso y cuidado apropiado del Chromebook portátil. Un acuerdo entre padre y estudiante está incluido en el apéndice A. Es necesario que este acuerdo tenga ambas firmas del estudiante y padre o madre. Se requiere retornar el acuerdo firmado al centro de padres.
