Terms of Service — School Master

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using the School Master mobile application ("the App" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the App, including School Administrators, Teachers, and Parents.

2. Description of Service

School Master is an educational communication platform developed by IELI-SOFT. It allows School Administrators to manage their school workspace, Teachers to post announcements and assignments to their classrooms, and Parents to stay informed about their child's classroom activities.

School Master does not provide student-facing accounts. The platform is designed exclusively for school staff (Administrators and Teachers) and parents.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on School Master. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. School Master does not knowingly allow persons under 18 to create accounts. If we discover that an account was created by a minor, we reserve the right to terminate it immediately.

Parents who join a classroom using an invite code are not required to create an account and are not subject to this age requirement.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. IELI-SOFT is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Administrators and Teachers: You are responsible for managing who has access to your school workspace and classrooms. This includes inviting and removing teachers and ensuring that invite codes are shared responsibly.

Parents: You are responsible for keeping your classroom invite code private. Sharing it with unauthorized individuals may expose your child's classroom information to others.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service for lawful, educational purposes only. You must not:

• Post, upload, or share content that is offensive, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or sexually explicit

• Upload content that violates the intellectual property rights of others

• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or intimidate any person

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or school workspaces

• Use the Service for any commercial purpose unrelated to education

• Upload malicious files, viruses, or any content that could damage the Service or other users' devices

IELI-SOFT reserves the right to remove any content that violates these rules without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

IELI-SOFT's property: The School Master application, its design, code, branding, and all related materials are the intellectual property of IELI-SOFT. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

Your content: You retain ownership of any content you create and post within the App (announcements, files, classroom information). By posting content, you grant IELI-SOFT a limited license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for any other purpose.

7. Subscription and Payment

School Master offers a free tier and an optional premium subscription ("School Master Premium"). The premium subscription unlocks additional features as described in the App.

• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device.

• Payment, renewal, and cancellation are governed by the respective store's policies.

• IELI-SOFT does not process payments directly and does not store payment information.

• Refunds are handled according to the App Store or Google Play refund policies.

Certain schools may be granted beta or complimentary access at IELI-SOFT's discretion. These arrangements do not constitute a permanent entitlement and may be changed at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Account Termination

By you: You may stop using the Service at any time. To request full account and data deletion, contact us at support@ieli-soft.com.

By IELI-SOFT: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in abusive behavior, or misuses the Service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination except in cases of serious violations.

By Administrators: School Administrators may remove Teacher access from their school workspace at any time. Removed teachers lose access to the school's classrooms but retain their account.

9. Limitation of Liability

School Master is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. IELI-SOFT does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IELI-SOFT shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data, missed announcements, or scheduling errors occurring through use of the App

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service

• Content posted by other users of the Service

Your use of the Service is at your own risk. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to IELI-SOFT in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $10 USD if you have not made any payments).

10. Service Modifications

IELI-SOFT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through a visible notice inside the App before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jordan.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
