School Management App is an independently developed utility software tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government body, public school board, or public agency.
To use the application, account creation is required. When you register or operate the dashboard, we collect:
Account Credentials: Username, email address, and password to authenticate and secure your login access.
Institutional & Student Data: Names, roll numbers, class lists, attendance logs, and fee records (paid, unpaid, dues) entered by the user.
Device & Analytics Data: Diagnostic information, app performance metrics, and device identifiers collected automatically via analytics or advertising tools.
Hostinger Server Database: All user accounts (including emails and passwords) and institutional records are securely transmitted and stored on dedicated databases hosted via Hostinger.
Security Protocols: We use industry-standard security measures, including encrypted data transfer protocols (HTTPS/SSL) between the app and our Hostinger servers, to prevent unauthorized access.
Firebase Services: We may utilize Google Firebase for backend support utilities, push notifications, and crash reporting.
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements within the application. AdMob may collect and use device identifiers, IP addresses, and interaction history to serve ads based on Google’s privacy policies.
We use collected data strictly to:
Manage and secure your app account.
Operate core features like attendance tracking, fee reports, and student record databases.
Maintain server security and troubleshoot app errors.
Serve relevant advertisements and monitor system performance.
We do not sell or trade your data. Information is only shared with our hosting provider (Hostinger) and backend utilities (Firebase) for app operations, or if required by law.
If you wish to permanently delete your account and remove all your data from our Hostinger servers, you can do so through the following methods:
Inside the App: Open the app to the login screen and tap the red "Permanently Delete Account" button, then follow the confirmation prompts.
Via Email: Send an email from your registered address to rslc.edu.pk@gmail.com with the subject "Request for Account Deletion", including your username or email. Your data will be wiped from our servers within 7 business days.
Note: Account deletion is permanent and will erase all associated student and financial records stored under your account.
