Professor Adewale Jide

Professor Adewale Jide is the Chairman of the Board. He specialises in Human Capital Development, Corporate Governance and Quality assurance.
Prof. Ejiogu holds a Ph.D (Management and Organisational behaviour), Hull, UK (1980); Certificate in Administrative Management, London (1979); M.A. (Organisation and Management) Hull, UK (1977); M. Ed (Administration), Lagos (1976); B.A. (Hons) English and Education, Lagos (1975) and an NCE, English and History, Lagos (1971).
He is also a member of British Institute of Management (MBIM), Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), British Educational Administration Society (MBEAS), Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (MNIPR) and Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (MCIPM) and many more.

Mr. Wole Tobiloba

Mr. Wole Tobiloba is the Secretary of the board. He is a Pastor and a seasoned Educationist.
He holds B.Sc in Mathematics, MBA in Marketing and an M.Ed in Education Administration and Management from the prestigious University of Lagos.
He is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Capital Market Registrar (ACMR). He has worked both in the capital and money markets. He resigned as the Group Head, Treasury and Investment of UBA Insurance in 2006.

Mr. Sukanmi Moses

Mr. Sukanmi Moses is a member of the board. He is a fellow, Chartered Institute of Marketing of Nigeria; Nigerian Institute of Management; Equipment Leasing association of Nigeria, Lagos Business School Advanced Management Program and an MBA in General Management from the University of Lagos.
He was with Unity Bank PLC as the General Manager, Operations, Transaction Services and Technology until June 2007 when he joined the UBA PLC as the General Manager and Regional Bank Head (Western Region).

Mr. Babajide Kehinde Peter

Mr. Babajide Kehinde Peter is a member of the board. He is a trained banker with over twenty years experience in International, Domestic and Retail Banking within the Nigerian Banking Industry. He was formerly Head, International Operations Prudent Bank before joining Skye Bank PLC as the Retail Regional Coordinator, Ikeja.

Pastor Ambode Philips

Pastor Ambode Philips is a member of the board. Pastor Tony as he is popularly called, is a Certified Netware Engineer and also the President and Senior Pastor of The Shepherd’s Flock International Church, Ikeja.
