Beliau memiliki Ijazah Sarjana Muda dengan kepujian, Kewangan dan Perakaunan dari University of Salford, Greater Manchester, United Kingdom.

Beliau mempunyai pengalaman kerja yang luas daripada pelbagai jawatan dalam pelbagai industri termasuk bioteknologi, farmaseutikal, minyak & gas, automotif, pertahanan, IT, perjalanan dan perakaunan/audit. Beliau juga merupakan pengarah bukan eksekutif kanan bebas untuk syarikat minyak dan gas yang tersenarai di Bursa Malaysia.

He is a Chartered Accountant from the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountant (CIMA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). He holds a Bachelor of Finance and Accounting degree with Honours from University of Salford, Greater Manchester, United Kingdom.

He has extensive working experience from the various positions in various industries including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, automotive, defence, IT, travel and accounting/audit. He was also a senior independent non-executive director for a listed oil and gas company.

She holds the Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountant (CIMA) and passed finalist of CIMA, the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and the CGMA.

Her working experience has been in an e-commerce lifestyle company, a multinational company that operates and manages food courts a leading global Design & Consultancy firm for natural and built assets and multinational accounting and advisory service provider.
