Welcome to 6th Grade Literacy!

I'm so excited to have the privilege of being your teacher this year. This will be my fifth year of teaching and my first year at WMS. I just moved to Connecticut from Minnesota this summer, and I'm looking forward to a new adventure!

In this class we will read (groundbreaking news, right?) and we will write (I mean, of course), but above all else we will be creative, collaborative, communicative, critical thinkers who are not afraid to fail - as long as we keep learning!
